We'll also work with you to develop a plan to address any issues that are identified, but we don’t complete any other work other than the inspection. So we're completely unbiased in our recommendations.

An existing Home Performance consultant and New homes consultant with the WI Focus on Energy New Homes Program,

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI®, BPI certified inspectors, HERs raters, and Home Performance consultants are required to pass exams on building science, proper testing and procedures, follow comprehensive standards of practice, abide by strict codes of ethics, and take accredited continuing education courses each year in order to maintain their memberships, certifications, and registrations in good standing.

Additionally, I’ve worked in the trades, been a field superintendent for local and national home builders building homes and 8 and 10 family condo complexes. I have also been in the home performance industry as a consultant for over 20 years. I was also a Firefighter/EMT advancing to A-EMT with the Wales Genesee Fire Department before resigning.

At Beyond Energy LLC, we believe in providing our clients with thorough and trustworthy home inspections. As a home inspector, and energy auditor I take pride in my work and make sure to follow the Residential, BPI, and RESNET Standards of Practice when conducting inspections. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to maintain their home, as well as provide them with an understanding of their home's most important components.
